Services Provided
Workshops
SMR designs and delivers customized workshops varying in length based on your training goals and objectives. The option to include biofeedback training is available based on specific needs and individual biofeedback units can be included in the workshop for continued use.
Individual Training
SMR provides one-on-one training to individuals who wish to reach mastery level. Advanced bio and neurofeedback training is incorporated into the mental skills training program and an in-depth biofeedback stress assessment is conducted to identify and measure the development and transference of skills.
In-Service Training
SMR works with law enforcement agencies around the country and provides various in-service training courses. Programs are tailored to the specific needs of each agency and training can be provided on a small scale or delivered agency wide. Stress regulation and mental skills training programs are also provided to other first responders and related personnel including firefighters, paramedics, 911 operators, and dispatchers.
Consulting Services
Dr. Grossman consults for a number of agencies and companies focused on human performance. She serves as a subject matter expert for product/curriculum development and training content, large scale programs, evaluation services, and legal cases.
Lectures and Speaking Engagements
Dr. Grossman offers her expertise in mental skills training and biofeedback to government and state agencies, private training companies, sports teams, and organizations. She lectures and presents on her experiences in the field, research, and best practices to help others reach their maximum potential.
